man warthunder looks like shit these days

there's nothing more chinese than running people over with a tank

This looks more like a chinkinized ArmA3

Obviously not, but it kinda visualizes the concepts and ideas.

Probably VBS
>>
>>65077749
That's the first thing that caught my eye, what was up with the bodies in the road?
>>
>>65077803
Good point. I completely forgot VBS is a thing.

Wouldn't that jammer advertise the tank's position to artillery? Those FPV drones typically work in tandem with big guns.
>>
>>65077854
they don't even need to, the answer for anti drone tech is always more drones
just swarm the tank from all direction and it cannot do anything

the bigger question is why would you need a tank anymore ?
tanks are use to bring heavy fire support to an advancing squad, well FPVs can do that for a fraction of the cost
it is sad but this is where we are now

They didn't restart the map after the first tanks had been blown up, it's their crews.

Moist of the visual is redundant as all the pseudo stand-off armor is based on horrible Russian field improvisations that do fuck all but keep retards engaged (while calling the mounting of an entire shed on your fucking tank a “genius” move).

It also perfectly highlights how these drone swarms would need more than a dozen drone-munitions and pilots to take out a tank and that if signal intelligence and jamming is active in the area (as it should be) nothing but a wire guided drone-munition would be effective which leads to the microwave to just fry the drone and continue with the original purpose of the tank of breaking through the enemy defensive line.
Either signal intelligence is going to pinpoint all of the cunts using the drones and vaporize them with CAS or Artillery or we’re going to see the return of modernized and miniaturized SPAAG’s meant to counter entire swarms of shitty and not so shitty drone munitions.

It's a meme video about Russian contraptions
>>
>>65077854
they have devices that detect enemy quadcopter video transmissions (since those tend to be high power and wide bandwidth so they are easy to detect) where they beep when a drone is nearby and even show you the video feed. soldiers in the tank activate the jammer when the drone is near not just blasting 24/7 where they'd even jam friendly radio

so yea they might have a very rough triangulation of your jamming signal only when they already know where you are from the drone

Implessive animations, where's the quantum GAN rare hypersanic earths drone that dodges all the countermeasures while wrapped in tinfoil to defeat the microwave system?

OP is a faggot for not giving the link

Dont speak Chinese but looks like a good video. Even has mines and artillary at the end.

That's not Warthunder.

>>65078477
Do you even know what you're talking about? The entire video is about the effectiveness of anti-drone/counter-measures that Russia has tried during the war. Not trying to hype up Chinese shit. Did you even watch it? Rhetorical question.

Its essentially an animated k thread on the topic. I couldn't find anything egregiously wrong with it, besides the very last countermeasure which I know little about. Entirely possible that it could be mitigated with a simple aluminum box around the electronics, though cameras may still be vulnerable and without them these drones are useless.

Yes I know, it's Wartundah
