As russia can no longer afford to/doesn't need to issue drones to frontline troops anymore, the UST is now in charge of drones and Commander Yurka "Toilet" Voganov will surely reform the problem and save them all.

This has stuff about him, but a lot of run on sentences and russian insanity. He's got a propaganda film about him called "Volunteer".

Much more Shoigu. Seems to have a degree of competence bu I'm sure something weird happened in his past. I can't find anything though.
He just smells like he has an anime sex dungeon or something. Plus he's a goddamn meme-cow.

This is his ticket to the power table...
https://www.russiamatters.org/analysis/russias-defense-industry-and-it s-influence-policy-stuck-redistribu tive-feedback-loop
Alexey Krivoruchko, former head of Kalashnikov, Aeroexpress, and now (pre-windowing) the Minister of Defense.

Well Shoigu at least was, originally, the Chairman of the Russian Rescue Corps, which at least had some military assets. Priggy was just a cook who formed a company that got picked up to be the puppet of the Russian MoD.

I asked my neighbor, Bogdan how he felt about it and he said "I don't give a shit about the old country I get my fucking newspaper!"
So that's the expat's take. Bogdan never wants to talk about russia so I mention it every day.

Funnily enough, the company contracted to repair Russia's Antonov fleet has stated in internal documents that they have 18-24 months before they can no longer effectively work on any of the contracted maintenance needed to ensure airworthiness of Russia's Antonov airframes

Wait, so the only thing that has allowed russia to stay in the game and keep the Ukranians from regrouping, rotating, concentrating forces, and blowing their lines wide open is no longer going to be issued to troops on the front due to cost/scarcity? Am I getting the gist of these links correct? And the solution they've come up with is to bring yet another set of fingers into the pie? I can't read vodka runes and the MTL isn't doing me any favors.

>is no longer going to be issued to troops on the front due to cost/scarcity?
yes
>solution they've come up with is
to hire a plumber with a small time drone smuggling talent and NO government or military experience (legally)
Commander Toilet, stop the shit-show!

Krivoruchko, his power-daddy, also is not military. He’s a corporate defense-industrial guy who crossed directly into the Ministry of Defense, bringing the weapons business with him.
His backers are: Andrei Bokarev, Alan Lushnikov, Bokarev &
Kalashnikov investors, ROSTEC and ROSATOM own some of his asshole as full corporate entities.

Toilets are not natural to their brains and so to use it in a country that does have toilets, they must use this guy to train for a while.
Drone toilet bomb rats are very Young James Bond. They ought to take that old series and make it live action.

Drone are not the only thing they have less of now....they also cut the training for new recuits for front line drone operatots from 3 months total to two months total....

Not too sure about the AN-2, but the articles talking about this call out the AN-12, 22, 24, 26, 30, and 72. There were also several things to note being talked about: The document stating that the company only had 18-24 months left before they could no longer maintain the aircraft in a reliable and airworthy manner was from May of 2025. The documents talked about having: No substitute source for spare parts, no design documents that were required to either manufacture the spare parts or reliably maintain/produce the airframes, and no domestic production of missing spare parts. This is all being amplified by the fact that the company has been out of money for months now and they need an immediate infusion of billions of rubles to continue operating
