Same. Managed to find my EXPS2-0 for $450 on PSA. Great bang for the buck.

Do you guys have an opinion on the best low profile 1x?
Not particularly in terms of the overall height, but rather the height of the glass from the rail.
>>
>>65212245
Why is it $900+?

I really like my aimpoint pro. I just don't like the stupidly heavy mount it comes with so I put it in this one.

If you want the best you have to pay quality money, If you affordable just a Holosun.
>>
>>65213333
Several reasons, but most importantly because that's how much money aimpoint wants to make.

Other reasons include, it's really good so you'll buy it anyway. It's really durable so you're probably only ever going to buy one. It still hasn't been made outdated, and unless there's a total paradigm shift in how red dots work, it won't be.

It's ridiculous.
You can buy a Beretta M9A4 for that price.

Honestly I think it's kinda whatever as long as they work fine. Went to eotech for a long time for my "serious use" rifle that was kept ready for HD if needed. After 5-6 years and God knows how many batteries I swapped it out for a primary arms 1x with an etched reticle and shake awake. Like it way more for that use and it's really grown on me in general. Surprising how annoying a little thing like battery life can become when you actually use the thing or want it ready for immediate use on a daily basis.
