He used to shoot on power line trails and got scared off by LEO/ Game wardens despite it being legal to do so. Not sure what they told him.

In contrast the LWRC/AA gas piston is near AK levels of simple, you can strip the entire system out in 3 seconds. The HK needs tools and you lose zero when you do.
