take all the existing privilege (or lack thereof) like race, class, location of birth, generational wealth, etc and it is suddenly multiplied when people who have the privilege fall within beauty standards and are treated like women and people who don't and don't get to be treated like humans at all
in order to be respected as a person you also have to (usually) go through all kinds of surgeries/gender-affirming care which is not only more needed for people who already live in the margin but is even more inaccessible while rich white trans women can get whatever they want and be treated well by society
