Emotion can really be tough to work with if your trying to commit to a certain inflection. Over time your voice will naturally adapt to patterns of tone and accent as you practice more frequently. Just like any other skill training your voice takes time, so don't go too hard on yourself. From an improvement standpoint, I'd try to focus on cadence and tonality. Note that higher isn't always better, start with studying voices you like and try to incorporate parts of them into yours bit by bit.

Absolutely, a lot of the time people feel nothing when reading a script. That can effect the way you sound, since people don't usually say words without feeling. A lot of what makes a voice unique is the ability to convey emotion in a certain way. That goes for real life interactions as well, it helps to express the way you feel naturally rather than holding that perception of femininity in your mind. With enough time and training any voice can adapt. From an improvement standpoint, I don't have as much experience in accents but id say it overall sounds alright from a non English speaking perspective. There's a lot of improvement tonally between the two! One thing I'd note voice wise is that your fairly nasal. That's not necessarily a bad thing and it's still possible to sound more feminine. My recommendation would be to try and speak more from your chest. If you can, check with a doctor to see if you have any symptoms for a deviated septum which can drastically effect your voice.

While I cannot comment on the German, I can comment on the range and pitch. How you switch octaves can really mess with the quality of the total song, especially if your recalling it entirely through memory. Keep in mind you don't have to reach the same high or low notes in a song for it to feel right, just follow along in your natural range. If you have an instrument, try to play a note then copy it with your voice, that way you can discover if your a Soprano, Alto, Tenor, or Bass.

Think (pronounced th-in-gk) sounds like thin in the sample provided.

Much of that blends into being a non native English speaker. Overall, your tonality, pitch and cadence are clean. Much of English can be boisterous so emphasizing the beginning or ending of certain words and sentences might go a long way.
