I used my language skills (I speak several and easily pick up new ones) to rewrite my speaking habits. I basically treated my brain as an untrained LLM and trained it to generate "fembrained" thoughts. It sounds complicated but it really isn't. In practice it's just constantly observing how women speak and frame things and try to imitate where possible.
It worked out quite well. Even on anon forums I'm mostly assumed female.
Actively working to being more androphilic and more submissive (and I don't mean just sexually) has in time gave me a demeanor that is cisf passing.
And, finally, nearly all my friends are women. I socialize nearly exclusively with women outside of work which keeps me "fembrained".

Hobbies, clubs, the workplace - that's where you find them. Then approach, ask for advice, be polite, ask to see each other again. Then gradually you get introduced to their group(s) of friends. Some are shit, some are not. It's a process. But it's totally worth it long term. And even from failure you learn how intra-female competition works (which helps with soul passing).

It's not glamorous, but what have you found that is good to eat in terms of energy and health/looks? How about skincare? Exercise?

I like to walk every day and I've been going to the gas station for a diet coke and brownie which is from a local bakery. And then I eat little to nothing...except sometimes liver or raw salmon.
