Trans women are truly biologically female only if they had SRS, which makes the transsexual distinction very useful. Why are people moving away from it now?

I don't like that smile, she looks too happy. People who are happy should be fixed. There is no reason to be that happy. God I hate happy people. Everyone should be miserable like me.

because most trans people in queer spaces are early transition or hons and people with srs are more likely to move on (generally speaking)
so when you start saying "you need to get srs to be female" everyone who sees that is either people who are only trans online, babytrans, or very broke nonfunctional people who lash out at having their womanhood attacked. almost everyone who would agree with it that already fucked off years ago. not saying its not a valid complaint that you can't get srs in this exact moment but it doesn't make the original statement wrong

this has always been a retarded argument, first of all are you currently using your balls? plans to become a father? foh
its all harm reduction from being born fucked up and the difference between a srsussy and a full on dick is light years apart even if science can't get you a womb yet

It makes you intersex* if you want to put it that way, but still way closer to a female than a male. Calling them a female with a mild chromosomal disorder would probably be the most accurate description

yes. it's harm reduction. yes, it alleviates dysphoria. no, it doesnt make you female

no surgeon makes a cervix. the vaginal canal is not made with bioidentical tissue, and to be biologically female you would need to have ovaries

I enjoy srsussy and thock as much as the next person but I'm also not dumb enough to be insensitive to those with genital dysphoria coping with subpar procedures to find some semblance of happiness nor to those who don't have genital dysphy, can't afford it, or whatever other reason

Mm, no, and I think the suggestion that getting a surgery at 30 makes you intersex is somewhat offensive to people with real intersex conditions (not counting gender incongruence)
The surgeon attempts to artificially approximate the characteristics of a female body, with middling success at best. It’s not like HRT which literally makes your body “more female”. I’m glad some people can cope with the delusion that SRS “makes them female” but it just doesn’t, and I’m sick of this discourse, just let people get it done if they’re ok with the tradeoffs and leave it if they don’t

it literally does make you "more female" as a vagina and dick are different arrangements of the same tissue under different hormonal regimes
some methods put more or the homologous tissue in the right places therefore make you even more female but since genital sex is effectively a bimodal distribution anyway any srs is going to take you over to the other mode

you are female though, that's not really something you can argue with

"truly biologically female" is a fake and stupid thing to care about
medically there are good reasons to care about individual traits, like "does this person have a uterus" and "what are this person's hormone levels" but answering the question "does this person check off all of these boxes" tells you nothing that the individual traits themselves don't
you don't unlock a set bonus when you complete the list or some shit like that
