I doubt it has anything to do with being anxious or confidence but that you're a compulsive lair and narcissist that most people can pick up on and eventually find someone else. Deep down you're aware of this and that's why you're playing victim rather than listing your faults that others might be able to help you work through. The only people who will put up with it are those who will play the game better and use you.
