I was thinking of getting Aristotle, but im not interested in theology, i read some basic apologetics, new testament, i even read the mt Athos monk book( forgot the name) but im not interested in reading more christian literature.
I now realize that from a glance at my shelf it seems that im some hardcore christian, but i assure you that's not the case. Im still christian but i dont think about it all the time( even though i used to in the past but stopped for mental health)

This all seems like entry level stuff (apart from GR). I recommend getting the Iliad+Odyssey, Greek tragedians, Aeneid+Ovid etc.
Make sure to read Dante, Shakespeare, Goethe too.
Once you're done, try to explore and find your niche. Is it 19th century realism? Modernism/postmodernism? Surrealism? Poetry? Encyclopedic novels? Explore in that direction. Remember, reading fiction is supposed to be fun, why force yourself to read that boring Tolstoy when you can read about the adventures of Chums of Chance or laugh at Rabelais' excess? Conversely, if you find limericks reddit and GR unreadable, why read more Pynchon, when you could jump into Tolstoy's short stories/essays or maybe Honor the Ballsack's La Comédie Humaine?

How has Kuhn become so popular that even people who don't know anything about philosophy of science or even have read a single piece of analytic philosophy have heard of him? Has he gotten meme'd on some zoomer podcast or something? Or are religious types appropriating him to try to show that science is fake and gay?

Dunno. I know Wittgenstein got popular back when Subahibi released, but Kuhn is news to me.
