Has anyone here read it? The book is such a slog it took me a little over a month to finish reading. It's quite possibly one of the most tedious things I've read in recent years, had I not bought it I would've probably quit a hundred pages in. It holds no worth whatsoever, it's just infantile romanticization of the medieval ages akin to modern day fantasy slop.
