Geed, Regulos, & Ribut are set to return in UNGS next week (episode 12). The synopsis tells it'll be about Geed visiting them for something. Whereas first half is centered around Z, i think the second half will follows Geed as the main navigator.

Orb kinda gets a bit of a pass due to being 50th anniversary plus his whole design is based on past Ultras (I'm certain Spacium Zeperion is the first form designed with Origin being simplified, like how Alpha Edge is the first Z formed design and Original was simplified from it). Hoenstly Arc could've benefitted from a more original pattern. Or hey, his gimmick is a cube, maybe make a squred/pixelated design? There's already a Jack homage redesign which fits so much better.

Like I said, it was bad enough they outright tried to hide Osamu Kaneda's involvement in Chou Super Hero Taisen the next year. The basic gameplay is fun although the characters feel too "light" for giants in a way. Like you can have a kaiju jump on top of a building and it only breaks down when it's hit with an attack, not just by the giant monster jumping on top.

Aside from that, the worst part is that the Arcade mode doesn't include DLC characters as opponents, only the base roster (you can play as them, but not against them outside of versus mode, which can be set up as versus CPU).

Finished up 1966 as I'm just starting on Ultraman.
Unique, I'm not used to Showa toku but it definitely has that blood of a pioneer being more a show about the Science Team than Ultraman. I really liked Ide, the combination of being the goofball and the tech guy was neat.
Favorite episode overall was "Brother From Another Planet," also really liked the Monster Graveyard and the kid's drawing coming to life episode.
Thinking of going to either Mebius, Geed or X next. Kinda looking for something that is more suited to my tastes where I like more character-driven plots and a unique theme that the series is centered on (like my favorite Kamen Rider is OOO). Kind of hoping for something that emphasizes the Ultra/Human relationship specifically.

Kinda looking for something that is more suited to my tastes where I like more character-driven plots and a unique theme that the series is centered on (like my favorite Kamen Rider is OOO). Kind of hoping for something that emphasizes the Ultra/Human relationship specifically.
Out of those three (and really out of all of Ultra in general), Mebius is the one you're looking for, albeit as a sequel to all of showa Ultra, it's gonna have throwbacks to stuff you won't know about unless you watch the rest of showa. It explains what you need to know of course, but it doesn't feel quite as reward without going through all the rest of it
Geed and X are utter mediocrities, especially Geed. It's crazy how much potential Geed utterly wastes

Mebius’ first fight is really funny.
The dude just flips around, not making a scratch on the enemy until his color timer starts and then one shots it with his beam.

X just isn't that great despite having some episodes that focus on their MOtW really well, and Geed was so embarassingly bad I dropped it after like 1 or 2 episodes. Tiga is one of my favorite series of all time across all mediums though. It even outshines the original series which has a ton of charm in it of itself, so I highly recommend Tiga

Geed i'd say is quite week too, unable to maintain an ultra-form by himself at all. R/B are complete rookies. Honestly I wouldn't really miss collectables. Ultra's collectables have never been particularly interesting must-have sort of items aside from Spark Dolls and they definitely never put much effort into pushing them.
