I apologize for taking so long to post here, especially with Marecon so close to starting.
I have a playlist of songs to use; remember that this year we’ll be focusing on the “comfy” theme and trying to align with the convention “Winter Wrap-Up” theme.
Even so, there’s room for more songs, filling three hours of music is harder than you think! so feel free to suggest some

If you have ones with a “Winter Wrap-Up” theme or just winter-themed ones, great, but otherwise anything is fine, as long as it’s not suggestive or explicit and is FiM-related.

I think I’ll go with having multiple puzzles in a single room (though the first few rooms will probably just have one puzzle, just for testing), so there’s a good chance that many of the images you suggest will be used.
For now, there will be about 5–6 panels happening on other Cytubes at the same time as ours, so we probably won’t have as many people as last year at /mlp/con. While the idea isn’t to do as many puzzles as quickly as possible (since part of the “comfy” theme is solving puzzles at a leisurely pace), I’ll see as we go along how to structure the rooms (how many puzzles per room, number of pieces, which images to use) to try to make everything flow smoothly.
I've also noticed other options that have been discussed here, like Voronoi or episode-based puzzles, and while that sounds great, I prefer to stick with vanilla puzzles for now (though GIF suggestions for puzzles are welcome), but it would be interesting to explore them later this year, maybe in /mlp/con 2026!

Oh yeah, it was my humble way of contributing to the convention by creating more moments and experiences to share with anons, especially during times when there might not have been much to watch or do (or doing something with the con in the background, as you say).

This time the goal was to create something comfy, so I made the piece count larger and included several puzzles in the same room, that way, you don't have to keep switching back and forth between Cytube and Jiggie, and solving a puzzle feels more relaxed instead of 30 pieces frantically moving around
