More specifically, it’s an ARG that requires some knowledge of older fan creations and events. From what I remember, Tolly has been silently following the fandom since the very beginning and was slowly fading away in the later years. The ARG is her way of trying to communicate with whatever is left of the fandom.

Wouldn’t mind another one of these. It’s fun digging through old archives and spreads awareness of the earlier days.
