The notes I remember are played on the 4th octave. It would be something like C4-D4*, D4-C4*, (x2) then D4,C4*-B3*.
The coupled notes are played almost together and the notes with an asterisk are held for a second before the next couple plays. I think this sequence is repeated in a higher octave immediately after. Suggestions are appreciated
