I was watching the Nine Inch Nails coachella set and realized that Trent muted his mic whenever he had to scream and replaced it with the studio recordings from 30 years ago.

Is his voice really getting that bad? It was really jarring on Heresy.

Aging rockstars are always the saddest fucking thing. It can work with blues or jazz but with rock there's always a hard cap at age where it will become fucking embarassing after a while.

There's a couple of artists from back in the day who I never saw live and would actively avoid seeing live now if I could because it would just ruin the magic.
