I mean all it would take is like 20 minutes of messing around in GIMP/Photoshop with the magic wand tool to cut the dog out of the background and give it a green tint and then give it little alien antennas

Just a tip, darken the dog a little bit first before adjusting the tint so the highlights don't get blown out
