18C is the intelligent choice. The most likely cause of a mid-air collision will be a plane on your left seeing your green light and presuming they have absolute right of way, or it just putting them at ease and ignoring your plane until they hit it. Having an extra set of eyes out (and with how dangerous flying is today, potentially being the ONLY set of eyes out) could make the difference between disaster and a near miss if you see something the pilots don't.

>no one behind you, these seats usually recline a little further (or at least dont have a normie seething at you about it)
>aisle seat so easy access to bathroom
>furthest from bathroom so no constant shuffling of people next to you
>crying babbys muffled slightly by partition instead of sound travelling directly out of the door at you like 18C or H
