Why don't they sell 6 door SUVs? Crawling into the third row is humiliating.

when you consider the price you pay for each, they are more comparable than you think.
base suburban (60k min) vs base minivan(38k), if you are using it solely for hauling kids around, is not worth an extra $20k. the gains come in with all the “truck stuff” like tow capacity and 4wd and a V8, which again, if you’re using it just as child transport, makes little sense to spend extra money on unless you plan to keep it forever

Third row is for family pets, that their owners think they're humans and should be treated as such.

They should just put sliding doors on them. They're super practical. Lets be real though if you buy a three row SUV instead of a van you're an idiot. This is an inherently stupid vehicle that serves no practical purpose. You're not going to off road something that massive and if you wanted passenger or cargo space you'd be better off with a van. Seriously what are these things good for?

How in the name of fuck is this cargo area at all comparable to that of a Suburbans? I'm 6'2 and I could almost sleep behind my third row. You also can't comfortably fit white adults in the back 2 rows of a minivan but you can in a Burb.
