Cappuccino with ls or lt swap

80:20 weight distribution and a wet noodle chassis for the power output would be a terrible car.
>>
>>28908341
there's a good reason why this isnt more common, let alone for touge
hint: its not because of the price

Same as the best car for any other drive: McLaren F1.
>>
>>28908340
Caparo T1.

is that road legal?
>>
>>28908371
It could be if you try hard enough
>>

>>
>>28908362
>>28908370
realistically the terrain is too bumpy for them and it's gonna underperform due to how tight mountain roads are
>>28908374
too slow, im sure an NSX can smoke it
>>
>>28908340
Cayman is probably already up towards the top of the list. I'd say anything with a shortish wheelbase and RWD or rear-biased AWD. Focus RS type cars or BMW 1-series would also be nice.
>>

NTA you replied to, but you better be joking
>>
nothing personnel kid
>>

>>28908374
Both are super cool but GMA T50 is faster than Mclaren F1 and Ariel Atom is faster than Caterham
>>
>>28908340
Do 2 wheeled cars count?
>>
>>28908416
>2 wheeled
>car
>>
>>28908417
Well, it may not be a car in the traditional sense but who wouldn't want to take it on a touge?
>>
>>28908340
toyota ae86 with a 20v group A engine, obviously
>>
>>28908421
you can go downhill very quickly if you have a medical helicopter ride ready at the bottom
>>
>>28908340
lotus elise with a few simple mods
>>
>>28908340
Probably one of those open wheel kit cars with a fat fucking v8.

Although I reckon awd would be faster, actually. So maybe a tuned Evo IX or some sort of other homogulation special, back when WRC required them.
>>
ZR1X with as much aero as you can cram onto it would be a strong contender if you didn’t want to get too deep into the guts of something, but a Golf R with huge aero and tuned to 1300 hp would do similar things and maybe better due to shorter wheelbase.

>>28908340
A hillclimb car with downforce or a McMurtry Spéirling.

Top fuel dragster, drive it off the side of the mountain, its even got a parachute already built in. Land softly at the bottom and wait for tofu boy to catch up.
>>
>>28908894
Would a TTV8 really have a better torque curve for togue than the naturally aspirated eray?
>>
>>28908340
Depends on the skill of the driver.

Yes

Sounds like one of these.

idk but while the nerds are sliding around I'll be joyriding down the hakone in a miata with my kawaii jdm gf and having the best time
>>
>>28908340
Best for what? Uphill or downhill? Fastest or just most fun?

unironically miata

they're quicker than "actual fast" cars on super twisty roads, the only edge a fat tire supercar has is the exit speeds which get to kill you speeds in no time, it's not even fun once you've done it a few times
>>
>>28908340
Something tiny
Stock ND on good tires would be fun as well.
>>
>>28909122
Atom Ariel 4 is a good answer. Can be made road legal with ease, and it’s not even that expensive. This thing is a grip monster.
>>
miata is way too underpowered for uphill touge. Ariel atom is probably a good choice. Needs to be small, good power to weight ratio, and have a real suspension setup (unlike the NARP in the OP)
>>
>>28908340
Fucking retarted they decided to turn these into electric
>>
>>28908340
Ae86
>>
>>28908977
CHEBBY BIG BLAWK HOSS, GOBBLESS
But again, it falls to the same problem of ride height as the Mazda.
>>
Something extremely tiny, light and balanced. You don't want too much power because you can't even use it most of the time, but it really depends on the road. Personally, if I had to build the ultimate toegay machine, I would go with a turbo k swap lotus elise.
>>
>>28908368
That's a car I haven't seen mentioned for a while
>>
>>28908374
I feel like that would need some major aero or it'd be just spinning its wheels the entire time.
>>
Probably a mclaren if we're being serious and not redditors
>>
>>28908401
>2.0L duratec
The fast ones are batshit, but that one's a toy for children.
>>
>>28908340
If soulless electric shitboxes are allowed, McMurtry Speirling. Otherwise, Ultima RS1200 on the uphill and Palatov D4 on the downhill.
>>
>>28910161
i sometimes post the police caparo

Most people here are posting cars that would fall apart if pushed properly on any touge that isn't racetrack smooth, or cars that can't even get around a hairpin properly. A top class rally car with more aggressive aero and the air restrictor removed would mog all.
>>
>>28910719
You mean like the derestricted Peugot 208 rally car that got utterly mogged by the ID.R at PPIHC?
>>
>>28908370
What is this? A 787B for ants?
>>
>>28911455
The conditions on PP vary too much to compare different years. The last few were won by a $200k kit car with a Honda Civic engine. Both the 208 and IDR are multi million dollar cars so I would say it's quite the mog.
>>
>>
go kart

you won't win the race but you'll have a lot of fun so the real winner will be you
>>
>>28911464
Apart from the occasional short track, the course has been the same since 2012. The 208 T16 and ID.R each only raced once.
>>
>>28911455
>derestricted Peugot 208 rally car
That was a purpose built mid engined prototype, but unlike the VW it just happened to have a hatchback shaped shell on top
>>
kneel.
>>
>>28911546
Imagine how much harder a real rally car would have been mogged.
>>
Users who think:
>800+ hp
>Touge

Do you zoomers even own a car? Where are there these retards coming from who think anything below 800 hp is slow?

So sick of these TikTok brained bus riders who think their forza horizon build makes them qualified to judge what’s fast or slow.

I daily a 500hp sports car, it’s fast enough and yet my 200hp BRZ is funner on curvy roads.
>>
>>28912612
this isnt about "fun" this is about perfection
a go-kart will probably be the most fun but a luxury EV will wreck it
