I need to rotate my tires. I only have 2 jack stands and I don't want to break my truck. Is it safe to jack from the middle of the frame and place 2 jack stands near the front and rear frame at the same time like pic? Is there a better/safer way of doing this? Everything I find online is about jacking one wheel at a time or both front or both back but I need one side at the same time.

The key is when jacking really hard, don't strain your muscles. If you crank way too hard and your muscles seize up, it hurts like hell to move after

Do you have a 10mm socket?

They should have a safe jacking diagram under the hood on a sticker or in the user's manual. Kind of an item I think that is required to be posted on any vehicle.

Yes. I asked a guy at the tyre shop, as long as its body on frame

The manual has an emergency jack guide for changing a tire and only mentions the front control arm (I never use this one anyway) and the rear axle (specifies do not use the diff). But this doesn't apply to my both wheels on one side situation.

I feel like it would less safe to jack up one tire and place a stand then jack up the other tire and place the second stand instead of just jacking up the middle and placing 2 stands at the same time. I've never done this though so I have no idea.

Considering you need to flip the fronts when put on the rear...

What i did when I only had two jack stands is
Front of frame behind tire
you will see where to put the lift and the stands
then lift the rear from the differential with the floor jack

only three points and fast

You do know you can jack up the front, put it on a jack stand, then jack up the rear, right?

Put the two jack stands on each corner in the front. And your floor jack under the differential in the rear and you can have all 4 tires off the ground. Of course only jack it up high enough for the tires to have a bit of clearance under them. I always rotate tires by moving the front two straight back to the rear and crossing the rear tires from side to side and moving them up to the front.

Also of course don't get under the rear with it only being supported by the jack, and check your brake wear when the tires are off.

Why would that be less safe?
