>buying into the Toyota meme in 2026
Have fun with your watered down water oil.

Magayota will never be cool again

Hybrids simplify the drivetrain a fair bit, there's no belts, starter, alternator etc, and the engine itself is detuned to run Atkinson cycle at a lower RPM (for efficiency). Hybrid transmissions themselves have almost nothing to them
Out of everything using batteries to help drive the car, non-plugin hybrids always keep the battery between 30-70% which is good for longevity

Look at the wording and realize what it actually means. They're not saying that car is 2026's most reliable car. They're saying that model of Toyota is the most reliable out of Toyota's 2026 lineup. It's wordplay to try and trick people into believing a lie without actually lying. It's a quintessentially jewish practice.

Correct. When I was shopping for a new daily I found that for the price, the new Corolla is miserable inside, too little storage, and just felt cheap compared to the Civic and Mazda which cost almost exactly the same price but were siginificantly larger inside and much more comfortable. Its not 1987 Toyota cant sell themselves on just being efficient and reliable anymore.

Isn't the 2.0 L Corolla engine completely new, like a scaled down Camry engine? I've heard of that one having various problems, like the heat exchanger cracking and the car farting out puffs of coolant steam.
Give it 20 years like the 1.8 L, maybe Toyota will fix it eventually.

It's classic Goyota shills tactics. Nevermind their record breaking recalls and hybrid drivelines with batteries that set themselves on fire

A MILLION Recalls.
ONE MILLION.

Oh I'm sorry I thought this was America

Better to be like GM and just ignore the problem, deflect blame, and let your customers deal with it, no refunds

Why would you buy a new Toyota sedan that isn't the Prius. It does what the Camry does but better. Makes no sense.
>>28917075
True. The people buying a new car are least likely to keep a car long term anyway.

This. There comes a point where that reliability comes at the cost of everything that makes a car fun to drive and own. Toyota is perfect for soccer mom grocery getters and Uber jeets but a big wet fart for anyone looking for something more in their cars.

literally like women.
imagine having a wife that does all the cooking and cleaning but denies you sex.
not only that, she’s unfun, unadventurous and unattractive.
that’s your reliable grocery getter for you

exactly.
can't even get the fucking nice diesels that even the MORE stringent EU has approved.
Worst fucking car market in 40+ years
