Imagine becoming a lube tech because you want to work on cars, but having to endure this humiliation ritual whenever it's slow. Having everyone stare at me as they drive by would be my personal hell.

When I was a teenager I applied at Ihop as a dishwasher, easily the worst job I've ever had. Breaking point was them telling me to get in the pancake costume and flip signs.

We do this to ourselves. We should boycott any business that requires their employees to be on their feet our outside in harsh elements for undue amounts of time. Especially cashiers who are required to stand for 8+ hours, fucking up their bodies for no fucking reason. Just give them a chair, how sick are employers in this country?
