Hello frens,
Got myself a nice saw and had a blast using it in the forest. But all the wood was used for a fire, which got me thinking - I could lash some basic furniture like a chair or a table.
Do you guys have some nice designs to share that would be doable in a bush? Lashing with a string/rope would be preferable, don't want to litter nature - my only recluse from people

My buddy made a bench off my hiking trail in my forest.
For the "legs" he used 4 saplings that were still in the ground and it made it very stable. (Have to constantly fight back the forest or the trail disappears so we have to cut down trees every year just to keep it open).
It was just something that I hadn't thought of- finding 4 trees properly spaced to build.off of instead of free standing loose timber.

You can use a 7$ chinesium auger thing to make chair legs & ribs for ladders and such - you use the tube at it's end as a lever and to check diameter of sticks. As a bonus you get sawdust for kindling. Vidiyow bilou is in Slouvek, but it illustrates the point from 3:30 onward.
