Require phone makers/OSes to have three options:
Kids(under 13)
Teens(13-18)
Normal(adults)

Kids phones and desktop environments cannot access cameras, and LLMs detect any T-rated or higher content before display/sending and automatically censor the content before it can be seen/read/heard.

Teens have their cameras, but an LLM detects any lewd imagery on the camera and it disables the camera the second detection occurs.
