Any truly serious republican candidate will not run in 2028. It's a losers year, and they are just marking themselves as a loser for next time. If there's someone good on the right waiting in the shadows for the right time, then they're not gonna come out and run in 2028, they're gonna wait for the pendulum and wait til things cool off at least a little from Trump.
