None of this is possible. Natural resources are concentrated in chud coubtries, and the global south will not align with their former colonial masters who have switched from being petty colonizers to actually trying to engineer societies to be more globohomo.
Other nations are looking at the west and taking lessons on what not to do.

China is paying the junta and the ethnic militias, everybody except the PDF (even PDF sometimes as a bribe to not hurt Chinese pipelines). Who do you think is going to disarm? Not ethnic militias, not PDF, not the Junta. PDF will have to win the make a deal with ethnic militias for autonomy. Bamars of Yangon went to the ethniclands to learn war. They are indebted.
