Blacks have actual tribalism. In all things it's "Us vs Them". If it's one of them vs one of them then they may be able to judge impartially, but if it's a murdering one of them vs an innocent one of "not them", then they side with their own unequivocally and unilaterally.
They also see the justice system itself as "not them", so to hold a nigger accountable in a court of law, a court that's "not their own", is an act of aggression against their own autonomy. They sorta want to be Natives on their own reservation with their own land and their own laws, yet still have free access to go anywhere and do anything wherever they please.
