Chris Rock famously said that black people hate niggers. A Nigger is a black psychopath. If you think about it, the only difference between a nigger and a white psychopath is ape admixture.

Why are there so many black, and *brown, psychopaths?

*A lot of Indian behavior is psychopathic.
