this is the answer as someone who never bothered with that, if you don't get physical you are going to regret it when you inevitably start needing to get physical, being someone who rot away in their room for 15 years will fuck up your body beyond belief and it's extremely difficult to recover

I'm 20 years old. I dropped out of year 12, and have been a NEET for 2 years now. I have no friends, hobbies, or skills. I have never been on a date or had the slightest hint that a girl has been attracted to me. I spend all day watching anime, porn, and browsing 4chan. I have OCD, ADHD, and Autism, the combined effects of these are what I believe to be the reason for my misery.

You can always treat work or school as a video game and try leveling up (unless you can't pursue education or is stuck in dead-end jobs). And there's also the possibility of learning new things. Depending on the topic brain power is required or not, but if you have fun it won't be bad at all. Challenge yourself bro.
