I just want somewhere to whine and let it all out. But I'm scared they're gonna call me an incel and put me on a list.
I never understood how everyone I know has been to therapy, this shit is genuinely hard to get. Been on a waiting list for a whole ass year.

What the fuck are you talking about? I'm talking about actually having done something in your teen years other than rotting.

What's wrong with being a stone cold incel? You get a lot more time to spend on your hobbies.

most people throughout history didn't do shit through their teen years. It really isn't that important. Rotting is actually pretty nice compared to working in a factory or a coal mine.

Sure but we haven't been doing that in over 100 years here. I had the opportunity to go to a good school, be healthy, utilize growth paterns and maybe get a gf. But I wasted and missed out on it all.

I also wasted those years not doing any of that. I didn't play video games throughout many years of my life even when I wanted to. If I went to jail ages 16-19 it would have been as productive as what happened.

23. Ages 16-19 I did not do anything at all other than basically watch random youtube videos. I did not work out or eat healthy which messed my growth paterns and body up. I didn't learn anything, I didn't meet anyone, I didn't do anything fun like play vidya so I wasted it all on nothing. Those are important years where you mold yourself. I was so mentally ill I did not allow myself to do anything.

Problem is that I'm too depressed to do anything. I literally rot in my bed all day, even when I'm supposed to be "working" from home. I'm so miserable and I have no idea how to fix it.

The FBI should've shut this shit down years ago.

Also at that point you lost most of your brain plasticity and your growth plates are either fused or close to.
Most people this age are already well established in life. So good luck meeting someone that hasn't been through it all.

23 is still young, but that's when the regrets started for me. I'm 29 now and it's just been a downwards spiral since.
The one major advantage is that 23 is still socially acceptable to meet up with other people. When you're 30, you start looking like a creepy unc
