I read fish anon's new thread and then realized I'm probably boring too. I don't know how boring fish anon is and of he is so so boring there is a chance I'm way less boring, but still most of my knowledge is about anime and all I talk about with people (my parents) is:
A) what I'm learning on my humanities degree
B) the game I'm playing or the anime I'm watching.
C) and sometimes I think of stupid ideas that I don't share with anyone
How am I supposed to get a girlfriend if I'm that bland? Like, I can't talk to people, I don't have too much things to talk and I don't have a girlfriend. The problems are stacking.

True. But that's also because nobody like narcissists that only talk about themselves. If you were a girl would you give a chance for a dude who's eager to talk about why egoism is a valid ethical position or how Aristotle's concept of substance is different from Plato's concept of the same thing?

No problem. STEMchads and business/economics dudes usually have better personalities.

So...
>college/study talk
>hobby talk
>inner thought talk
the topics discussed aren't boring themselves, maybe it would depend on delivery but that's what anyone could talk about if we exlude media, politics, gossip and mundane life (which would be probably naturally interjected in a relationship context)

Most people are boring if they talk in a vacuum.
If you don't have someone in the conversation with equal curiosity about the world and stupid ideas, it's very hard to be interesting on your own desu.

Oh, so in the end those topics aren't necessarily bad things, huh? My dad likes me talking about my studies so the delivery may not be bad, at least on that topic.
>exlude media, politics, gossip and mundane life
There's that too. Maybe I could handle these topics too.
Thanks, anon.
