The guess has a root in the fact from years ago, that I took a few general intelligence tests. But never asked for results. They made me do some when I said I wanted to go into software dev. So they wanted to know whether this path it is financially viable. Long story short, I did the long ass test for like an entire day, 6+ hours, and they told me, that I passed and can go study whatever the fuck I want.
The test included everything starting from the attention test, through primitive middle school physics, language, imagination, and so forth. Some mathemathical patterns too.

I'm in Mensa officially so my IQ is at least above 132 but I think it's between 135-140. I'm a wordcel and destroy anything requiring verbal intelligence but don't mental math is annoying. The geometric pattern recognition tests were extremely easy and I could answer then intuitively without knowing why.
How has this improved my life? I landed a beautiful girl by being able to keep up with her mentally and attractive enough to clear her requirements. She treats me so well because she's been lonely her whole life. She's too hot to settle for just any nerd, but none of the attractive guys understood her as a person - eyes glaze over when she got abstract. Everyone just wanted her for her looks.
Besides that my IQ hasn't gotten me a good career and my mental illness has made that even less available. But there are some very lonely smart women in the world if you are lucky enough to find them, and they don't want a lonely life married to a man who can't carry a high level conversation with them.

I'm 135-145, it's vague and is basically too hard to measure. Especially with tests that are available, which aren't true IQ tests for properly tuned ages. I hate myself for being slightly successful but never ever succeeding because I had no guides for career or education. Every time I got a chance I wanted to do something my own way. Didn't work out.

You've got that wrong and backwards. Making the best decisions on life requires a strong support network of wise, intelligent, and connected friends and family. Then it requires the character to listen to them and follow their suggestions if they are appropriate, and to leverage all available connections for a successful career, marriage, and family life. Without that support, life is too complex to navigate efficiently without great luck and determination, regardless of IQ.
But high IQ is an absolute benefit. It can give you foresight, speed, and abilities others can literally never have. I've been using it to survive without a conventional career and serious mental health problems. I got an advanced degree without attending lectures, which was good because I was too social to get out of bed before 2pm those years. I get home that pay well and do the work in a fraction of expected time. I am very messed up and manage my functional time with very high efficiency so I can have debilitating and unpredictable mental illness episodes while still living a decent life with a healthy body. It's not a great life but without the IQ to pull this off I would be in a very bad place
