Should I get back on meds? Cause I'm literally dysfunctional without them but I don't wanna be dependent on a pill

I would rather have my job and house on pills then being homeless and unemployed drug free

If the pill makes literally everything better, why do you want to go off it? Just accept that humans were built broken and drugs help them function.

Were you like this before SSRIs? I never taken them but I'm pretty dysfunctional at the moment, but I'm concerned being worse off in the end.

I was as dysfunctional I literally got employed cause drugs made stuff like showering , cleaning up after myself and motivation to go seek a job easier. Plus training , questioning and modules that took weeks were easier since I was medicated. Now getting up feels hard and my days off are numb

If you get used to meds and you've been taking them for a long time it's generally not a good idea to get off of them.

Any reason you stopped taking them? Any side effects you had?

I stopped antipsychotics and benzos some months ago. I had hallucinations (never had before), spasm, cramps, muscle stiffness. My creativity is long gone but analytical intelligence and memory are still there. My body is wrecked tho. Much better off them.
