No. If this is a simulation there's nobody in it that has any abilities to alter it. Also I have a conventionally attractive face myself and my life has been a horrible experience anyways. People hyper focus on what they don't have as if it's the end all be all to everything. That's why short people think being tall is everything and brown people say JBW etc. Big boobs girls get reductions while flat girls get breast implants. Life isn't so simple and linear.
