This ground beef is a lot better than all the other ground beef I've eaten. I guess the organic label actually makes a difference when it comes to ground beef. I do a lot of stuff for my health other than eating raw meat. Raw fruit can be useful as well, and normally I would be eating a good bit of it. I only stop eating fruit if I intend to lose weight. I also started sunbathing, but I don't do it anywhere near as much as I should. I had almost no sunlight exposure for the first 26 years of my life. I also take very hot baths, which might be about as important as my choice of food. A lot of my health improvements came when I first started taking hot baths. Back then I was taking them every day for maybe 2-3 months straight. I keep the water temperature between 102F and 110F the entire time, ideally in the upper range, and each bath lasts 90 minutes. I also put raw vinegar and unscented epsom salt in it to help with some of the toxins they put in municipal water. I do the initial bathtub fill-up with the hottest water I can (about 130F) to vaporize the disinfectants they put in the municipal water, which I hope are leaving through the vent fan in the ceiling. I leave it like that for about 15 minutes before getting in. Getting a proper water filter would be too costly for me. Other than hot baths, sunbathing, and food stuff, I just try to minimize my toxin exposure. It's a very important step. I avoid pharmaceutical drugs, street drugs, supplements, cigarettes, vapes, alcohol, air fresheners, colognes, deodorants, synthetic fibers, cleaning products, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, and much more whenever possible.

The raw meat was good, but I ruined the meal by eating a lot of sabotaged coconut oil at the end. It made me feel unwell for a while, but I'm mostly fine now. Tomorrow I'm eating raw alaskan pollock for the first time
