Depends on the game really
If I'm just playing slop like War Thunder I listen to my liked songs on Spotify or nationalist music on Youtube
If it's a game with actual story then just the ingame sounds.

If it's a fps I listen to fast electronic or rock music to get into the mood for killing otherwise nothing
