Neither, its dumbos who think having certain genitals makes them automatically better leaders than others, that causes this imbalance inner fighting in society. Only really sex segregated leadership would be front line military for men, because women just aren't as physically strong and need to make children to keep society going forward and its wasteful to just let them die in a hole on the front lines. My uncle is a stay at home dad and takes care of children and manages properties just fine while his wife works. My dad is the major provider for the house and my mom works a low wage job and takes care of everyone else. It doesn't matter who leads as long as theyre suited for the role and them being there isn't wasteful or bad for society. Muh patriarchy muh matriarchy are just delusional copes that get in the way of efficiency and promoting the best person for the job.

Men and women simply have different experiences, expectations, and have to take different things into account when going through this thing we call life.
