Is it okay if I genuinely think Tokyo Mew Mew is for little girls? Like for ages four to seven year old girls? It, Doremi and Precure always felt like they were for very young girls. Younger than Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network shows. It felt like it barely aimed older than Clifford the Big Red Dog.
>>84772841 Thank you so much. I was having anxiety that people were going to think it wasn't for roughly the Nick Jr. demographic. It always felt at best it was barely above that demographic, because I have a learning disability and was still able to understand it well enough.
>>84772859 and I get that maybe some Americans might not think this, but in Japan, it very much felt like it was aiming at that audience. It even has the bright vibrant colors and animal vibes.
>>84772965 ive reread it so many times, i still go by lettuce in games and have mint as my pfp on some socials lol
i sent my original copies back to my home country unfortunately TT but i regretted it like a year later and asked for them back lol, i only got like 3 of them back (im guessing they were split up between different people) and in rough condition
>>84773002 That's awesome you've reread it many times. I always loved Minto and her snobbiness. I loved Retasu as well and her shyness. I related to her a lot. I like that you go by Lettuce in games and have Mint as your pfp on some socials.
I'm glad you have new copies again. It always sucks when one sells something and regrets it and can't get it back.
>>84773035 >I'd rather not mention it. It's a great show though. I respect it a lot. Why, do you have some trauma from attempting human transmutation or something?
>>84772673 im an AGP and watched some in my early 20s because it felt girly it was cool but you rite the format is repetitive gives children vibes but i thought it was sovl 8/10
