How to get rid off internalized misandry?

I wish I had a father. It sounded like he was a great man. Unfortunately he died before I even got to know him. I dont know if it sounds stupid to you but recently I started allowing myself to feel anger more. My number one way of coping with injustice and abuse was always to become reclusive and sad. But I started to express my built up anger and assigned blame where it properly belonged
