Due to lunar tides decelerating the Earth's rotation, in 50,000 years, a day on Earth is expected to be one SI second longer than it is today. Humans don’t even really need to know what time it is down to the minute & second. You can just look where the sun is in the sky and say “shit, I’ve only got a couple more hours of daylight to get these crops harvested.” Measuring time down to minutes and seconds is a purely jewish invention.
