Already taking Cetirizine (Zyrtec), are there any ways beyond that? I do not wish to change my behavior and I want to be able to go outside

On a slightly more serious note OP, my hay fever sort of "went away" (or at least the symptoms diminished bigly) and the only lifestyle change I made was daily cardio. So maybe start jogging (on a treadmill for now) and it might get better, or you'll make some heart gains at least.

I take diphenhydramine.
I've developed a resistance to the drowsiness after over 40 years of taking it. Fuck I'm old.

Immunosuppressants , or even better: JAC inhibitors.
Neither JAC nor Antihistamines arrests development of further allergies. So if its permanent, because its Cladosporium or a common food allergen, or a pet....

Then the only real option is hypo exposure therapy, like OIT
While you live in a cleaner environment.

Get on the queue for OIT. Its not perfect, it takes about 3 months to reach the point of diminishing returns, then it takes about 3 years to year complete immune reset of said allergen.
But you don't want to do it because of that, you want to do OIT or hypoIT because it also stops your cross allergies(pollen -> you also get a mild peanut/aloe vera allergy). You also want to perform hypoIT or OIT to ensure your next potential allergy do not develop.
T. suffered with Cladosporium before getting it treated, leading to development of other fun allergies such as cat into cross allergy with mites.

Oatmeal with unpasturized local honey, pine pollen, bee pollen, AFTER heating. Eat every other breakfast in winter 3 months before spring/summer.

Also stinging nettle, french pine park, quercetin, probiotics, a shitload of cold water + electrolytes.

How are you going to hit the initial 0,5mg pollen protein for the starting dose?
And how are you going to gauge the doses so you get incremental doses in a consistent manner?

At that point you could just do a proper OIT, which do more.

It works and I have the worst hayfever allergies possible (Sneezing literally every second throughout the entire day). Why do you need more?

>It works
What works?
You can't even answer that, nor the methodology. Nor can you answer if the hayfever is a primary allergy, or if its a cross allergy.

You gain nothing from being a airhead or a useful idiot anon.

It's the worst possible so obviously cross (tested). Science can't even explain why waterboarding yourself with cold water gets rids of allergies, who cares? I have done OIT, this probably works better.

You want people to suffer just because the science can not currently be understood?

No, I am saying you are trying to make people deadlift by stubbing their toes.
You don't have a way to find 1mg of protein in your medium to start the ramp, and neither do you have a ramp.

Two effects when you are doing when micro dosing honey
1. increase your allergen threshold by 1 entire step, somewhere in the posted chart, assuming you don't get a allergen reaction form hitting the dose and cockblocking the entire escalation series
2. Decrease cross allergens
The problem with recommending the method, is that you need to accidentally hit the ladder step, but it won't cure or fix the allergies because it does not go up to 300mg of pollen needed to completely desensitize the immune system.

T. diluted peanut butter 100x to make it possible to measure 1mg with a normal drug scale
