Should men who fail at weight loss just follow woman's calorie limits or least average towards them because there's so much variance in testosterone levels? 200kcal error upwards in calorie estimation leads to being 15kg/33lbs too fat.

Some starvation studies from the 70s explain this clearly. You cant live on fat alone, you need some protein to compensate for the natural wear and tear of the body. About a can on tuna a day just to stay clear.
Then you just go on straight starvation, minus that can of tuna.
If you skip the can of tuna, you will waste your muscles and organs, which will double your rate of weight loss. With the can of tuna, its about half the rate but it will be mostly fat.
You need to take some mineral and vitamin supplements
30 kilos overweight will require 200 days of starvation to fix. You wont be able to work or study for the duration
