The plot twist: no actual fucking X-rays were shown to the AI, it just made shit up, the way it makes up academic citations and court cases that never existed.

This is not some small machine learning program detecting better protein shape, anomaly in data and finding solution, this is LLM chatbot doing every part of the scientific process aside from physically testing it. It got assigned a disease and then it made few hypothesise, searched the internet for literature, refined the hypothesise couple of times, wrote experiment protocol to test the cure and all of that within 2 hours. Imagine a robot doing everything scientist does, then having its arms and legs broken at the end and needing human assistant to perform the manual work.
