I watch the evening sun instead. The science is that it feels good for the body and therefore its a natural sign that it is good for the body. Apparently its not as good but i do it anyway.

It works. I don't know why.

I have one and have used it to heal a cut in my skin in a day instead of the week it usually takes.

they are numerous peer-reviewed articles confirming it works (unless they all lie, which is today possible too, unfortunately), so i cannot just say it is a bs. it might affect some specific proteins and transcriptional factors sensitive to light, similar to sunbathing response.
