Why does tertiary education still exist if LLMs made the whole process obsolete and Colleges/Universities have to dumb down the entirety of the courses in order to accommodate and graduate borderline retarded, illiterate students and short form content addicts??

To tick a box HR lesbians (and now AI models) use as a proxy for competence in the field. Whether the education itself is worth a shit is irrelevant. HR and computer both want to see certifications. So if you want to work in the field, obtaining those certificates is the intelligent thing to do.

In short: it's to filter out antisocial retards who refuse to jump through the kinds of bureaucratic hoops that exist in the real-world workplace.

So the grifting useless diversity hire fat lesbians can keep their job. University has fallen so far from being a guild of intellectual elite to a bunch of crackerjack morons. School admin in particular are some of the least intelligent people I have ever met. Honestly, even a a former academic math fag most profs are not much better sadly. The most capable people I have met are usually not even employed by thesis institutions with only very rare exceptions. I have met NEETs living with their parents and doing landscaping more intellefient thab most academics in their respective fields, it's pathetic.
