He's making it extremely easy for Tuchel to leave him out of the WC squad

Damn England might actually be likeable if that happens

I'm not crazy about him and Xabi having a 100% win rate until Bellingham came back can't be ignored, BUT he's a good player. Could be smarter, but gives a lot on the pitch and him being competitive and standing up for his team and teammates, even when they are wrong, is a good thing. His problem is that he doesn't have a clear position. May be more complete than most midfielders, but means little when he can't edge specialists. He can only really shine in a diamond.

My nigga Ancelotti had it all figured out with that brilliant 4-3-1-2 with him as CAM and Vini/Rodrygo as STs, but he had to ruin it all with Mbappé joining the fold.

Tuchel's been laying the groundwork for the possibility of it all along. And judging by normie comments (copmments sections on BBC articles) they're mostly on his (Tuchel's) side.

That wasn't Carlo's fault though.

England have lots of good players. They don't need one with an attitude problem even if he is one of the best individually. Individual talents won't win the World Cup. Might make a big difference against shit teams, but once you get to the business end of the tournament, once you come up against the top teams, the difference solo magic can make gets less and less. At that stage the collective is more crucial.

Jude is probably the closest thing to Zidane we will ever witness
