Do some goldfish runs, am impressed by just how powerful it is even without targeting any of my opponent's stuff, and feel like the money was well spent.

You would always want to cast him with haste, so consider him a six drop unless you have lightning greaves out. He’s like playing an elder dragon and can end games in about the same speed. It’s not as crazy fast as you might imagine it might be.
