The figure rise Bulma bike is pretty fun and kooky, plus it transforms into two extra forms. Toriyama vehicle designs are just pretty neat.

That third one, the moon rocket, especially would be cool to be modernized, but Super7 would make it in plastic, charge $75-85 for it, and it would end up at Ross and Ollie's eventually for $19.99, which would still be too much for a tiny plastic version that didn't even look as shiny as these did, when new.

I really like Toriyama's vehicle designs, he and especially Miyazaki had a really good taste.

Oh yeah, there are some awesome ghibli vehicle designs. The round kinda of organic aspects work really well.
