It's just my opinion but I don't think modding affects roleplay in a lot of cases outside of if someone is more working with animations and posing sync compared to the roleplay itself and writing it out. It's mostly just practice and being comfortable with writing, at least how I see it. Nothing wrong with using mods to look sexy while doing it anyway.

Nothing wrong with it if the ones that you remember didn't play too hard with the lore or anything. If they were enjoyable and fun, that's what matters the most. Most au ra don't exactly have two extra horns, but I modded myself to look like that because I enjoy the look. But there's lots of things to excuse standard lewd roleplay things, like canonical bunnygirls, hired courtesans and prostitutes or dancers being really common, magic and tech. Someone can just be a casino bunnygirl making a little extra money for sex, or an alcemist trying out potions or whatever. As long as it's fun for you and the person you're writing with, then that's what matters in the end. Sorry if I came off as judgmental.
